Greetings from FOMAA,

In 2020 December, FOMAA Executive committee nominated the Bylaws committee to make amendments to the FOMAA bylaws.

After consulting with all the FOMAA council chairs and National committee members, the Bylaws committee submitted the Draft copy of the revised bylaws to the executive committee.

 In May 2021, FOMAA invited suggestions from the all member associations and we received a good response from everyone.

As a reminder, attaching the draft copy herewith and this will be presented during the general body that will be held virtually on July 23^rd  2022 at 2 PM EST. General body can approve or reject the recommendation’s based on voting.
